Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the stated validity period in Egypt Alexandria shall require a revised pricing assessment.
- All Nurse personnel are subject to a 30-day probationary period. During this period, either party may terminate the individual assignment with 7 days' written notice without penalty.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% at the midpoint of the 12-month engagement, and 30% upon successful completion. All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the Alexandria Care Solutions Ltd. account at CIB, Alexandria Branch.
- The client shall provide a safe, compliant working environment for each Nurse in accordance with Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population regulations applicable to Egypt Alexandria.
- Any additional Nurse requests, scope changes, or extended hours beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary addendum and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
- Confidentiality: All patient records, clinical data, and operational information encountered by the Nurse team in Egypt Alexandria shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under Egyptian Law No. 176 of 2018 (Personal Data Protection Law).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, government-mandated closures, or civil unrest affecting Egypt Alexandria.
- Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Egypt Alexandria.
