Every Nurse assigned under this Quotation Estimate holds a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited Ethiopian university (e.g., Addis Ababa University College of Health Sciences, Jimma University, or Hawassa University) and maintains an active license issued by the Ethiopian Nursing and Midwifery Council. The Nurse will be fluent in Amharic and English, ensuring seamless communication with patients, family members, and referring physicians across all Ethiopia Addis Ababa sub-cities.
The scope of the Nurse's duties includes but is not limited to: patient vital-sign monitoring, medication administration, wound management, intravenous therapy, catheter care, post-operative monitoring, health education, and coordination with the client's primary physician. The Nurse will operate under a written care plan that is reviewed and updated bi-weekly by the supervising Senior Nurse Manager.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing labor-market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% at the midpoint of the service period, and the remaining 30% upon completion. All payments shall be made in Ethiopian Birr via bank transfer to the account of HealthBridge Professional Nursing Services PLC, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch.
- The Nurse shall not be required to perform any procedure outside the scope of their registered license. Any specialized intervention (e.g., surgical assistance, advanced cardiac monitoring) must be separately quoted and approved in writing.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
- All Nurse personnel are subject to a background check and medical fitness clearance as mandated by the Addis Ababa City Health Bureau before commencing duties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for hospitalization, specialist consultations, laboratory diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals unless explicitly stated in the itemized table above.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the Addis Ababa City Arbitration and Conciliation Commission in accordance with Ethiopian commercial law.
