3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
3.2 Payment Terms: The recruitment and licensing fees (Items 1, 2, and 5) are due within fourteen (14) days of contract signing. Monthly payments for the Nurse salary, accommodation, and administrative fees (Items 3, 4, and 7) are due on the first business day of each month via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified by MedCare International Staffing GmbH.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel this Quotation Estimate without penalty up to fourteen (14) days before the Nurse's scheduled start date. Cancellations within fourteen days of the start date will incur a 50% fee on the recruitment and relocation costs. Cancellations after the Nurse has commenced duties will be governed by the terms of the individual employment contract.
3.4 Compliance: The Nurse will be employed in full compliance with the German Civil Code (BGB), the German Social Code (SGB), and all applicable regulations of the state of Hesse, in which Germany Frankfurt is situated. All statutory working hours, leave entitlements, and occupational health and safety requirements will be strictly observed.
