1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediCare Nursing Services Pvt. Ltd., a registered healthcare staffing agency headquartered in India Mumbai, to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Nurse for in-home patient care. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of nursing services, associated costs, duration of engagement, and all applicable terms governing the professional relationship between our organization and the client. The Nurse services described herein are specifically tailored to meet the healthcare needs of residents in the India Mumbai metropolitan region, taking into account local regulatory requirements, hospital protocols, and the unique healthcare infrastructure available in Mumbai.

2. Scope of Nurse Services

The Nurse to be deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall be a registered professional nurse holding a valid registration with the Maharashtra State Nursing Council and the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The Nurse will be assigned to provide dedicated in-home care at the client's residence in Juhu, Mumbai. The scope of services includes but is not limited to the following:

Daily vital signs monitoring (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, SpO2 levels)
Medication administration and management as per physician's prescription
Wound dressing, catheter care, and IV line maintenance
Post-operative recovery support and rehabilitation assistance
Nutritional guidance and dietary monitoring
Emergency first-aid response and coordination with local Mumbai hospitals
Maintenance of patient health records and daily progress reports
Emotional support and companionship for the patient

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai.
The Nurse assigned shall undergo a comprehensive background verification, including police clearance, INC registration validation, and reference checks, prior to commencing duties at the client's residence in Mumbai.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% shall be due by the 5th of the following month. Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or demand draft to the account details provided by MediCare Nursing Services Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.
The client agrees to provide a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the Nurse to perform duties. Basic amenities such as a resting area, access to water, and a telephone for emergency communication shall be made available at the client's residence.
Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., extended ICU-level care, specialized physiotherapy, or additional nursing staff) shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
In the event of the Nurse being unable to report for duty due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, MediCare Nursing Services shall arrange a qualified replacement Nurse within six (6) hours at no additional cost to the client.
This engagement is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
The Nurse is bound by strict confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations regarding the patient's medical records, personal information, and household matters. Breach of confidentiality shall result in immediate termination and legal action.
MediCare Nursing Services Pvt. Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all Nurse personnel deployed under this arrangement.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of a Nurse through MediCare Nursing Services Pvt. Ltd., India Mumbai.
