All Nurse personnel dispatched under this Quotation Estimate will be registered with the Israeli Nursing Council and will possess a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in acute or home-care settings within Israel Tel Aviv. The Nurse will be fluent in Hebrew and English to ensure seamless communication with the patient, family members, and referring physicians. In accordance with Israeli healthcare law, the Nurse will carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 2,000,000 ILS, and all services will be conducted under the supervision of a designated Medical Director licensed in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
Important Notes Regarding This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all Nurse service rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly Nurse service fee is due on the 1st of each month, and the remaining 50% is due on the 15th. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of MediCare Tel Aviv Nursing Services Ltd.
- Any additional Nurse services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the standard hourly rate of 420 ILS per hour, plus applicable VAT.
- The client reserves the right to request a different Nurse assignment with 48 hours' written notice. No additional fee will apply for a single Nurse substitution per calendar month.
- All Nurse services in Israel Tel Aviv are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the regulations of the Ministry of Health. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Court.
- Cancellation of the Nurse engagement requires a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to one week of Nurse services.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of medical supplies, medications, or specialized equipment unless explicitly stated in a supplementary addendum.
- All personal health data collected by the Nurse during service delivery in Israel Tel Aviv will be handled in strict accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
