All Nurse candidates assigned to this contract will possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience in residential or institutional care settings within Italy Rome or equivalent metropolitan areas.
The services encompass 24/7 continuous nursing coverage, including direct patient care, medication administration, wound management, vital sign monitoring, patient education, coordination with attending physicians, and compliance with all Italian healthcare regulations as enforced by the ASL Roma (Local Health Authority) and the regional health department.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any market adjustments will be issued.
4.2 Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be performed on a monthly basis, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account specified on each invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Italian Civil Code Article 1284.
4.3 Nurse Replacement: In the event of illness, resignation, or disciplinary action affecting any assigned Nurse, Roma Care Nursing Solutions S.r.l. guarantees a qualified replacement within forty-eight (48) hours at no additional cost to the client. The replacement Nurse shall meet or exceed the qualifications of the departing Nurse.
4.4 Regulatory Compliance: All Nurse personnel shall comply with the Italian Nursing Code of Ethics (Codice Deontologico degli Infermieri), the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) as applied in Italy, and all directives issued by the ASL Roma and the Lazio Regional Health Authority.
4.5 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the contract with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a penalty of 15% of the remaining contract value shall apply.
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
4.7 Confidentiality: All patient data and operational information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential and handled in full compliance with Italian data protection legislation.
