Scope of Services – Nurse Placement in Japan TokyoThe following Quotation Estimate covers the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of a certified Nurse for a period of twelve (12) months. The Nurse will be assigned to provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with wound care, coordinate with physicians, and perform all duties consistent with the scope of practice defined under Japanese nursing law. The Nurse will operate within the geographic boundaries of Japan Tokyo, specifically serving the Shinjuku-ku district where Sakura Wellness Clinic is located. This Quotation Estimate stipulates that payment shall be made in monthly installments. The recruitment fee (Item 01) is due within seven (7) business days of contract execution. All recurring monthly charges (Items 02 through 07) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each month and are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by GlobalCare Medical Staffing Co., Ltd. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as permitted under Japanese commercial law.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Nurse engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid Japanese Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The Nurse must also possess a valid health certificate and a clean criminal background check as required for healthcare workers in Japan Tokyo.
- The working schedule for the Nurse shall be a standard 40-hour week (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00), with optional weekend shifts available at an additional rate of 1.25x the hourly equivalent, as permitted under the Japanese Labor Standards Act.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination by the client without cause, a pro-rated portion of the remaining contract value shall be due.
- All personal data of the Nurse and the client shall be handled in strict compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. The terms herein serve solely as a cost estimate and service proposal.
- All services will be performed in Japan Tokyo, and any travel outside the 23 special wards of Tokyo will be subject to a separate travel surcharge to be agreed upon in writing.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Tokyo, and if unresolved, through the Tokyo District Court.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Nurse placement in Japan Tokyo will commence within twenty-one (21) business days of full acceptance and receipt of the initial recruitment fee.
