- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement beyond this period will require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates for Nurse services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All Nurse personnel assigned under this contract shall be fully registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB) and shall carry valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of RM 1,000,000 per claim.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal monthly instalments. All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer to our designated account.
- The Nurse engagement is subject to a minimum contract period of three (3) months. Early termination by the client will incur a penalty of 20% of the remaining contract value.
- All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 (Act 586) and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
- Our Nurse team operates within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area, including but not limited to the districts of Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, and Putrajaya. Travel beyond a 30-kilometre radius from the city centre will be billed at RM 2.50 per additional kilometre.
- Confidentiality: All patient medical records and personal information handled by our Nurse staff are protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. MediCare Professional Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
