4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Nurse services in Morocco Casablanca is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory changes in Morocco.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment for the Nurse services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in advance on the first business day of each calendar month via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Care Medical Services SARL, Casablanca. A 5% late payment penalty will apply to any overdue balance.
4.3 Service Commencement: The Nurse engagement will commence within five (5) business days of receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate and the initial payment. The assigned Nurse will conduct an initial assessment visit at the client's residence in Morocco Casablanca prior to the start of regular care.
4.4 Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate the Nurse service agreement by providing fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for the Nurse fees accrued up to the termination date as specified in this Quotation Estimate.
4.5 Insurance and Liability: Atlas Care Medical Services SARL maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance covering all Nurse personnel operating in Morocco Casablanca. The client acknowledges that the Nurse services are advisory and supportive in nature and do not replace the judgment of a licensed physician.
4.6 Confidentiality: All patient information handled by the Nurse under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated in strict accordance with Moroccan data protection law (Law 09-08) and the professional code of ethics of the Moroccan Order of Nurses.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca.
