Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing, particularly the per-Nurse monthly rates, may be subject to revision based on prevailing Myanmar Yangon labor market conditions.
- All Nurse personnel shall be employed under the Myanmar Labour Law (2011) and the Myanmar Nursing Council Act. Yangon Care Solutions Ltd. shall serve as the legal employer of record for all deployed Nurse staff.
- The client shall provide a safe and compliant working environment in Myanmar Yangon, including proper ventilation, infection control facilities, and access to clean drinking water as mandated by the Yangon City Development Committee health regulations.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon successful deployment of all Nurse staff, and the remaining 30% to be settled in two equal monthly installments within the first two months of service delivery.
- Any additional Nurse beyond the 19 positions listed in this estimate shall be quoted separately at the same unit rates, subject to a minimum engagement of three (3) months.
- Early termination by the client prior to the 12-month term shall incur a penalty of 50% of the remaining contract value. Termination by Yangon Care Solutions Ltd. due to client non-payment exceeding 30 days shall be effective immediately upon written notice.
- All Nurse staff shall undergo a mandatory pre-deployment health screening, including tuberculosis testing, hepatitis B/C screening, and a general physical examination conducted at an approved clinic in Myanmar Yangon.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service contract shall be resolved through mediation under the Myanmar Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
- This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not form a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive Service Agreement in writing.

This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as the basis for the preparation of the definitive Service Agreement.
