- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Nurse services may be subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments within the first five (5) working days of each month.
- All Nurse personnel deployed under this agreement shall be employed in strict compliance with the Nepal Labor Act, 2074 (2017), and the Nepal Nursing and Midwifery Council regulations.

- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In such cases, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total shall be applied.
