All Nurse professionals assigned under this Quotation Estimate are registered with the Dutch BIG register (Beroepen in de Individuele Gezondheidszorg) and hold a valid diploma in general nursing (MBO-niveau 4) or specialist nursing (HBO-niveau 6). Each Nurse operating in the Netherlands Amsterdam area carries professional liability insurance (beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering) with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,500,000 per claim. Our services comply with the Dutch Healthcare Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG), and the municipal healthcare regulations of the Municipality of Amsterdam.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Nurse services in the Netherlands Amsterdam region may be subject to revision.
- Payment is due within twenty-one (21) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments will incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum as per Dutch civil law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Article 6:119).
- The client may cancel or reschedule Nurse visits with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the standard visit fee.
- All Nurse services will be performed in accordance with the care plan agreed upon during the initial assessment. Any significant changes to the scope of care will require a revised Quotation Estimate in writing.
- Confidentiality of all patient data is guaranteed in accordance with Dutch healthcare privacy regulations and the GDPR. No patient information will be shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be provided by signing the attached acceptance form or by written confirmation via email.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Nurse service agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies affecting the Netherlands Amsterdam region, may result in temporary service modifications without penalty to either party.
