- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability for the Nurse position in Qatar Doha are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon successful arrival and onboarding of the Nurse in Qatar Doha, and the remaining 20% upon completion of the first full month of service.
- All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) via bank transfer to the account designated in the attached payment schedule. International wire transfer fees, if any, shall be borne by the client.
- The Nurse shall be subject to a minimum contract duration of twelve (12) months. Early termination by either party prior to this period shall incur a penalty equivalent to three (3) months of the Nurse's gross salary.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of the Nurse's professional liability insurance, which shall be arranged separately at the client's expense.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Qatar Labor Law (Law No. 14 of 2004, as amended) and the regulations of the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar Doha.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional Nurse positions, or modifications to the deployment location within Qatar Doha must be communicated in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All personal and medical information pertaining to the Nurse and the client facility shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Qatari data protection regulations.
