The Nurse services outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompass the following professional duties and responsibilities to be performed in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:

As detailed in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a 30% advance payment (SAR 62,100.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. The remaining 70% (SAR 144,900.00) shall be disbursed in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of SAR 12,075.00, payable on or before the 5th business day of each calendar month. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated corporate account of Al-Riyadh Healthcare Staffing Co. Ltd. in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Late payments exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- The Nurse shall be subject to the labor laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Saudi Labor Law and the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
- Al-Riyadh Healthcare Staffing Co. Ltd. reserves the right to replace the Nurse with a qualified equivalent in the event of medical unfitness, disciplinary action, or mutual agreement, without additional cost to the client.
- All medical records and patient data handled by the Nurse shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall be protected under Saudi data privacy regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or specialized equipment unless explicitly stated in a supplementary addendum.
- Any changes to the scope of Nurse services, working hours, or deployment location within Saudi Arabia Riyadh must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
