- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the proposed Nurse are subject to reconfirmation.
- All services will be rendered in compliance with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) Code of Conduct and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) regulations applicable in South Africa Johannesburg.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as per the National Credit Act, 2005.
- The Nurse assigned to this engagement may be substituted with an equivalently qualified professional should the primary Nurse be unavailable due to illness, leave, or reassignment. The client will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- MedCare Professional Nursing Services (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for any adverse patient outcomes resulting from the client's failure to follow the Nurse's documented care instructions or from pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of the initial assessment.
- All patient records and clinical documentation generated during the engagement remain the property of the client and will be transferred in accordance with South African POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013) requirements.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed upon acceptance.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in Section 2 will be quoted separately and require written approval from the client prior to commencement.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Johannesburg, South Africa.
