The Nurse assigned under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid South Korea Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the South Korea Nursing Council. 4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and fees listed herein are subject to revision based on prevailing South Korea Seoul market conditions and government-mandated wage adjustments.
4.2 Payment Terms: The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in monthly installments. A 30% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the Nurse recruitment and licensing process in Seoul, South Korea. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on the 1st of each month.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the Nurse placement by the client within the first 30 days of the contract period in Seoul, South Korea, shall incur a fee of 50% of the monthly Nurse salary. Cancellation after 30 days shall incur a fee of 100% of the monthly Nurse salary.

4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
