- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates associated with the Nurse services in Spain Madrid are subject to revision based on prevailing labor market conditions and regulatory updates.
- The Nurse assigned to this engagement will be a fully registered professional with the Ilustre Colegio Oficial de Enfermería de Madrid. In the event of illness or unavailability, a substitute Nurse of equivalent or superior qualification will be provided at no additional cost to the client.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the Ley 41/2002 de Autonomía del Paciente and the applicable regulations of the Servicio Madrileño de Salud (SERMAS).
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices will be issued on the first business day of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month. Late payments will incur a statutory interest rate as defined by Spanish commercial law.

- Confidentiality: All patient data handled by the Nurse and the company shall be protected in full compliance with the Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) and the Spanish Ley Orgánica 3/2018.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of fifteen (15) calendar days. In such cases, a final Quotation Estimate adjustment will be issued for any partial-month services already rendered by the Nurse in Spain Madrid.
