Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Nurse services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Spain Valencia.
- All Nurse professionals assigned to this engagement hold valid registration with the Colegio Oficial de Enfermería de Valencia and possess the requisite professional liability insurance as mandated by Spanish healthcare regulations.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fifteen (15) business days of service completion. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at CaixaBank, IBAN: ES00 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000.
- The Nurse services described herein are to be performed at the client's designated address within the municipality of Valencia, Spain. Travel to locations outside the Valencia city limits may incur additional charges as per our standard rate card.
- Any changes to the scope of Nurse services, frequency of visits, or duration of care must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Adjustments to this Quotation Estimate will be issued as a supplementary document.
- Our Nurse team operates in full compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All patient health information collected during service delivery in Spain Valencia will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before a scheduled Nurse visit will not incur a fee. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged at 50% of the scheduled session rate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a definitive service agreement will be executed.
- All services are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Nurse service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
