- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Nurse services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement of all Nurse candidates, and the remaining 30% to be settled in monthly installments over the 12-month contract period.
- All Nurse personnel placed under this agreement shall be subject to the client's internal policies, code of conduct, and the regulatory standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Sri Lanka.
- Ceylon Care Professionals (Pvt) Ltd shall bear full responsibility for the recruitment, vetting, and initial onboarding of each Nurse candidate. The client retains the right to reject any Nurse candidate during the probationary period of 90 days without incurring additional recruitment fees.
- Any changes to the scope of Nurse services, including changes in the number of staff, deployment locations within Sri Lanka Colombo, or contract duration, must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All patient data, operational information, and personnel records related to the Nurse services in Sri Lanka Colombo shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Sri Lankan data protection regulations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
