- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for Nurse services in Thailand Bangkok are subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory changes.
- All Nurse professionals assigned under this estimate must hold a current license issued by the Nursing Council of Thailand and must complete a background check approved by the client prior to deployment in Thailand Bangkok.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of the end of each service month.
- The Nurse shall comply with all data protection regulations under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand when handling patient medical records within Thailand Bangkok.
- Cancellation policy: The client may cancel the Nurse engagement with a minimum of seven (7) days written notice. Cancellation within 72 hours of a scheduled shift will incur a 50% fee for that shift.
- All Nurse services are subject to the availability of qualified personnel in Thailand Bangkok. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent or higher-qualified Nurse will be substituted at no additional cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The final service agreement will be executed separately.
- Any additional Nurse services beyond the scope defined in this estimate will be billed separately at the rates specified herein or as mutually agreed upon in writing.
