The Nurse services proposed under this Quotation Estimate encompass a full spectrum of clinical and non-clinical care delivered by a DHA-registered registered nurse (RN) with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in geriatric and chronic disease management. The Nurse will be stationed within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi service zone and will operate under the direct supervision of the client's designated medical officer. Services include but are not limited to:

• Daily vital signs monitoring (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, and blood glucose levels) for a roster of up to 25 elderly residents.
• Medication administration, including oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular injections, in strict compliance with UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) protocols.
• Wound care, dressing changes, and catheter management for residents with chronic conditions.
• Health education sessions for residents and family caregivers conducted in both English and Arabic.
• Monthly health assessments and progress reports submitted to the client's medical director.
• Emergency triage and first-response coordination with the nearest United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi hospital facility (Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi or Tawam Hospital).
• Maintenance of accurate patient records in the client's electronic health record (EHR) system.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis via bank transfer to the account of MediCare Professional Nursing Services LLC. Invoices will be issued on the 1st of each calendar month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt. A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will apply to outstanding balances. The client may request a revised Quotation Estimate should the scope of Nurse services need to be adjusted mid-contract.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi healthcare sector.
• The assigned Nurse must hold a valid DHA (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) practice license and a current professional indemnity insurance policy throughout the engagement period.
• MediCare Professional Nursing Services LLC reserves the right to replace the Nurse with a qualified equivalent should medical leave, resignation, or performance concerns arise, with no additional cost to the client.
• All patient data collected by the Nurse shall be handled in strict accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
• Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document.
