The Nurse assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall be a DHA-licensed, bilingual (Arabic/English) registered nurse with a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in geriatric and post-operative care. The Nurse will be stationed at the client's private residence in Jumeirah, United Arab Emirates Dubai, and will operate on a 24/7 live-in basis. The scope of Nurse duties includes but is not limited to: administration of prescribed medications, wound dressing and management, vital signs monitoring, catheter care, mobility assistance, nutritional guidance, coordination with attending physicians in United Arab Emirates Dubai, and emergency first-aid response. All Nurse activities shall be documented in a daily care log and reported weekly to the client's family physician.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 30% (AED 26,113.50) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Nurse placement in United Arab Emirates Dubai. The remaining 70% (AED 60,931.50) shall be payable in two equal monthly installments via bank transfer to the company's designated UAE corporate account. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per UAE commercial law. All amounts are quoted in UAE Dirhams and are inclusive of applicable Dubai municipal fees.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Nurse service in United Arab Emirates Dubai may be subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory changes.
• The Nurse assigned shall hold a valid DHA professional license and a current medical fitness certificate issued by an approved health facility in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
• MediCare Professional Nursing Services LLC shall maintain comprehensive professional indemnity insurance covering all Nurse activities performed within the United Arab Emirates Dubai emirate, with a minimum coverage of AED 2,000,000 per claim.
• The client reserves the right to request a replacement Nurse with equivalent qualifications at no additional cost, subject to a 48-hour notice period, should the assigned Nurse be unable to perform duties satisfactorily.
• All Nurse patient records and care documentation generated during the engagement in United Arab Emirates Dubai shall remain the confidential property of the client and shall be handled in strict accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a service contract. A separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Nurse Employment Contract shall be executed upon written acceptance of this quotation.
• Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Nurse service engagement shall be resolved through the Dubai Courts or, at the client's election, through the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
