Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via direct bank transfer to Manchester Care & Nursing Ltd. A 25% deposit of £4,606.50 (inclusive of VAT) is required within 7 working days of acceptance to secure the Nurse staffing schedule. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within 14 calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments will incur a charge of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 applicable in the United Kingdom.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be subject to revision based on current staffing and market conditions in Manchester.
- All Nurse staff assigned to this engagement hold current NMC registration, valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) enhanced checks, and up-to-date immunisation records as required for practice in the United Kingdom.
- The client agrees to provide a safe and suitable environment for the Nurse to carry out clinical procedures. Any additional equipment or consumables (e.g., dressings, syringes, glucose test strips) will be billed at cost unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation of scheduled Nurse visits must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the scheduled session fee.
