- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period will require re-issuance of the Quotation Estimate with updated pricing for Nurse services in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- All Nurse personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and applicable municipal regulations governing healthcare workers in Tashkent.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful deployment of the first cohort of Nurse staff in Uzbekistan Tashkent, and the remaining 30% within fifteen (15) business days of the final month of the contract term.
- Payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the designated account of MedCare International Staffing Solutions, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. All bank charges on the client's side are the responsibility of the client.
- Should the client require additional Nurse personnel beyond the seven (7) specified in this Quotation Estimate, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued at the same unit rates, subject to a minimum three-month engagement.
- Early termination of any Nurse contract prior to the twelve-month term will incur a penalty equal to two (2) months of the Nurse's gross salary, as stipulated in the individual employment agreement.
- All Nurse staff will be provided with personal protective equipment (PPE), clinical uniforms, and access to the facility's electronic medical records system at no additional cost to the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for specialized medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, or consumables, which shall be procured separately by the client.
- MedCare International Staffing Solutions reserves the right to substitute any Nurse candidate with an equivalently qualified professional, provided prior written notice of at least fourteen (14) days is given to the client.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
