The following professional Nurse services are included in this Quotation Estimate for delivery in the Zimbabwe Harare region:

• Registered Nurse (RN) – General Ward Care: A fully registered Nurse holding a valid practising certificate from the Zimbabwe Nursing Council, providing 24-hour inpatient care including medication administration, wound management, vital signs monitoring, and patient education.
• Private Duty Nurse – Home Care: A dedicated Nurse assigned to provide continuous in-home care for a post-operative or chronically ill patient at the client's residence in Harare, including daily hygiene assistance, mobility support, and medication scheduling.
• Community Health Nurse Outreach: A Nurse deployed to conduct scheduled community health assessments, immunisation drives, and health education sessions in designated Harare suburbs as agreed upon by the client.
• Specialist Nurse Consultation: Access to a Nurse with specialisation in geriatric care, paediatric nursing, or critical care, available for on-call consultation and emergency response within the Zimbabwe Harare service area.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Nurse personnel must be reconfirmed in writing.
• All Nurse staff engaged under this estimate are fully registered with the Zimbabwe Nursing Council and hold current medical fitness certificates. Copies of registration documents are available upon request.
• Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fourteen (14) days of service completion. Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account details provided.
• The Nurse services are to be rendered within the administrative boundaries of Harare, Zimbabwe. Any deployment outside the Zimbabwe Harare metropolitan area (e.g., Chitungwiza, Epworth, or Mutare) will incur an additional travel surcharge of $15.00 per hour, to be itemised separately.
• MedCare Professional Nursing Services (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for any medical outcomes arising from pre-existing conditions of the patient that were not disclosed at the time of engagement.
• Cancellation by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled start date will result in a 25% cancellation fee on the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellations after the Nurse has commenced service will be billed pro-rata for days rendered.
• All services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. The final service agreement will be issued upon acceptance.
