The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a valid registration with the Conselho Federal de Terapia Ocupacional (CFTO) and the Conselho Regional de Terapia Ocupacional (CROT-4) for the state of Rio de Janeiro. The Occupational Therapist possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of clinical experience in pediatric, adult, and geriatric occupational therapy, with specialized training in neurorehabilitation, sensory integration, adaptive equipment assessment, and community reintegration programs.

Services rendered by the Occupational Therapist in Brazil Rio de Janeiro shall include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive initial functional assessment and evaluation (up to 4 hours per client);
