The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate primarily from the client's facility located in Haidian District, Beijing, China, with scheduled outreach to partner institutions in Chaoyang, Xicheng, and Dongcheng districts. The Occupational Therapist will conduct a minimum of 25 individual patient sessions per week, 4 group therapy sessions per week, and 2 community integration programs per month. All services will be delivered in Mandarin Chinese, with the Occupational Therapist holding a valid practice license issued by the Beijing Municipal Health Commission.
The therapeutic scope includes but is not limited to: post-stroke rehabilitation, pediatric developmental therapy, geriatric functional maintenance, workplace reintegration programs, and sensory integration interventions. The Occupational Therapist will maintain detailed clinical documentation in accordance with the data privacy regulations of the People's Republic of China and the Beijing Municipal Health Information Management Standards.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
4.2 Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of Occupational Therapist service delivery, and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve-month engagement period.
4.3 All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated account of the service provider registered in Beijing, China. No foreign currency transactions are contemplated under this Quotation Estimate.
4.4 The Occupational Therapist services are subject to a minimum engagement period of six (6) months. Early termination prior to this period will incur a penalty of 20% of the remaining contract value as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
4.5 Any changes to the scope of Occupational Therapist services, additional patient caseloads, or extended operational hours in China Beijing must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
4.6 The service provider shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance covering the Occupational Therapist's practice in Beijing, China, with a minimum coverage of CNY 2,000,000 per claim.
4.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Beijing, China, in accordance with the rules of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
