The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services within the China Guangzhou metropolitan area:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Comprehensive functional assessments of patients requiring occupational therapy, including upper-limb dexterity evaluation, cognitive-motor integration testing, and daily living activity (ADL) profiling. A minimum of 40 patient assessments per month shall be conducted at the designated facility in Guangzhou.
- Individualized Treatment Planning: Development and implementation of personalized occupational therapy intervention plans for each patient, targeting restoration of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and independent living capacity. All treatment plans shall be documented in both Mandarin Chinese and English for international patient records.
- Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitation of weekly group occupational therapy sessions (minimum 3 sessions per week) for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic surgery, and pediatric developmental disorders. Each session shall accommodate 6 to 10 participants in a supervised clinical environment.

- Advance Payment: 30% of the total contract value (CNY 184,948.80) shall be remitted within 10 business days of mutual signature of this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement.
- Quarterly Installments: The remaining 70% shall be paid in four equal quarterly installments of CNY 107,886.80, due on the 5th business day of January, April, July, and October respectively.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated corporate account of Guangzhou Allied Health & Rehabilitation Centre Co., Ltd. at China Merchants Bank, Guangzhou Tianhe Branch. Invoice (fapiao) shall be issued within 5 business days of each payment receipt.
- Late Payment: Overdue amounts shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per calendar day in accordance with PRC commercial contract law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the Occupational Therapist are subject to reconfirmation.
- The Occupational Therapist engaged under this arrangement shall hold a valid practicing license issued by the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission and shall maintain professional registration with the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine throughout the contract term.
- All services shall be rendered in compliance with the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions (PRC) and the Guangdong Province Occupational Therapy Practice Standards (2024 Revision).
- Confidentiality of all patient records and clinical data is governed by the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC (effective 1 November 2021). No patient information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unearned fees shall be processed within 30 days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement. All terms herein are subject to final legal review by the respective parties' counsel in China Guangzhou.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration at the South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SCIAEC) in Guangzhou, in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules.
