This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Cairo Rehabilitation & Occupational Therapy Center to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the provision of a qualified Occupational Therapist to be deployed at the Al-Nour Private Hospital facility located in Egypt Cairo. This document outlines the scope of services, professional qualifications, session schedules, and all associated financial charges for a twelve-month engagement period. The Quotation Estimate has been prepared in accordance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population guidelines for allied health professional services and reflects current market rates applicable to the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area as of June 2025.

The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services within the Egypt Cairo healthcare setting:

Comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for inpatients and outpatients, including pediatric, geriatric, and post-surgical rehabilitation cases.
Design and implementation of individualized treatment plans focused on restoring functional independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
Therapeutic interventions for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic surgery, and neurological conditions.
Adaptive equipment training and environmental modification recommendations tailored to the Egypt Cairo residential context.
Weekly multidisciplinary team meetings with physicians, physiotherapists, and speech therapists at the hospital.
Documentation of patient progress in the hospital's electronic medical records system.
Community-based follow-up sessions in the Egypt Cairo area for discharged patients requiring continued support.

The Occupational Therapist assigned to this contract shall hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Egyptian university (e.g., Cairo University Faculty of Special Education, Ain Shams University, or Helwan University) and possess a valid license issued by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate. A minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in a hospital setting within Egypt Cairo is required. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for effective patient communication in the Egypt Cairo region.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a 25% advance payment upon contract signing, followed by quarterly installments of 25% each, due on the 5th business day of the first month of each quarter. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Cairo Rehabilitation & Occupational Therapy Center at National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.

6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Cairo.

6.2 The Occupational Therapist shall comply with all regulations set forth by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, the Egyptian Medical Syndicate, and applicable data protection laws regarding patient confidentiality.

6.3 Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance of this Quotation Estimate.

6.4 The Occupational Therapist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 2,000,000, as required for allied health practitioners operating in Egypt Cairo.

6.5 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts in Egypt Cairo under Egyptian law.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for specialized equipment procurement exceeding EGP 50,000 per item, which shall be quoted separately. All prices are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to the 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Egyptian Tax Authority.
