4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Occupational Therapist services in Nepal Kathmandu:
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the engagement of the Occupational Therapist. The remaining 50% shall be payable upon completion of the full treatment program.
- All Occupational Therapist services will be conducted in compliance with the Nepal Health Practitioners Council (NHPC) regulations and the standards set by the Nepal Occupational Therapy Association.
- Cancellations or rescheduling of Occupational Therapist sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. No charge will apply for cancellations made within this window.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include hospitalization costs, surgical procedures, pharmaceutical medications, or diagnostic imaging. These shall be billed separately if required.
- All patient records and treatment data will be maintained in strict confidentiality in accordance with Nepal's data protection guidelines.
