- All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of the Occupational Therapist's professional fees. Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at 12% shall be added if the client is a VAT-registered entity.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable upon completion of the full service period.
