Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a 30% advance payment (136,800 RUB) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. The remaining 70% (319,200 RUB) shall be invoiced in three equal monthly installments aligned with the treatment period. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the designated account of the Occupational Therapist practice registered in Russia Moscow. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Russian civil code provisions.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Occupational Therapist services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Russia Moscow.
- The Occupational Therapist holds a valid professional license issued by the Russian Ministry of Health and maintains professional liability insurance with a coverage limit of no less than 5,000,000 RUB.
- All services will be conducted in compliance with the Federal Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and the data protection regulations applicable in Russia Moscow.
