The total engagement period for the Occupational Therapist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is estimated at four (4) months, commencing within fifteen (15) business days of contract execution. The program will be conducted primarily in Senegal Dakar, with the Occupational Therapist maintaining a base of operations at the client's designated facility. Weekly scheduling will be coordinated between the Occupational Therapist and the client's project manager to ensure optimal session availability and continuity of care.
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
40% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement (XOF 3,366,000).
30% due at the midpoint of the program, upon submission of the second monthly progress report (XOF 2,524,500).
30% due upon completion of all services and delivery of the final comprehensive outcome report (XOF 2,524,500).
All payments shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the Occupational Therapist's designated professional account in Senegal Dakar. Late payments exceeding thirty (30) days from the due date shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
The Occupational Therapist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall adhere to the ethical and professional standards set forth by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) and the Senegalese National Order of Health Professionals. All clinical interventions will be conducted in full compliance with the healthcare regulations of the Republic of Senegal. Confidentiality of all client and patient information will be maintained in accordance with Senegalese data protection laws and international best practices.
Either party may cancel this engagement with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of cancellation by the client, the advance payment of 40% shall be non-refundable to cover the Occupational Therapist's preparation and scheduling commitments. Any amendments to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties prior to implementation.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiration. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. All costs are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The Occupational Therapist reserves the right to decline services that fall outside the scope of licensed occupational therapy practice in Senegal Dakar.
