- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Occupational Therapist rates and availability may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% to be settled in two equal monthly instalments over the service period.
- All Occupational Therapist services are to be rendered during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday) unless otherwise agreed in writing. After-hours or weekend sessions in South Africa Cape Town will attract a 25% surcharge.
- The Occupational Therapist reserves the right to refer the client to a specialist colleague or allied health professional if the clinical presentation falls outside the scope of occupational therapy.
