All Occupational Therapist sessions will be conducted in accordance with the Korean National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) guidelines where applicable, and supplementary private-pay services will be clearly itemized below.

• Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments will incur a surcharge of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Korean commercial practice.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current Occupational Therapist market rates in South Korea Seoul.
