Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability of the Occupational Therapist may be subject to revision.
- All services will be delivered by a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist holding a valid professional registration with the Colègi Oficial de Tècnics Superiors en Terapòcia Ocupacional de Catalunya and the Spanish Ministry of Health.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% at the midpoint of the treatment programme (week 6), and the remaining 30% upon completion of all services. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Rehabilita Barcelona S.L.
- All services are to be conducted within the metropolitan area of Spain Barcelona, including the city of Barcelona and its immediate surrounding municipalities. Travel beyond a 25-kilometre radius from the centre of Barcelona will be billed at an additional rate of 1.20 EUR per kilometre.
- The client agrees to provide a safe and accessible environment for all sessions. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a 50% session fee will apply.
- Confidentiality of all client data is guaranteed in full compliance with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated via signed copy of this document or written email confirmation.
- Any additional services not explicitly listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional cost estimate prior to delivery.
- The Occupational Therapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on clinical judgement and the client's evolving needs, with prior written notification to the client.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes arising from its execution shall be resolved in the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
