The complete Occupational Therapist program described in this Quotation Estimate is projected to span approximately twelve (12) weeks, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 28 September 2025. All sessions will take place at the client's residence in Valencia or at our clinical facility located in the Ruzafa district of Valencia, Spain, depending on the nature of the intervention. Sessions are available Monday through Friday, between 08:00 and 20:00 hours, to accommodate the client's schedule.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiration.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this quotation, with the remaining 70% payable in three equal monthly installments. All payments are due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date.
- Cancellations must be provided with at least 48 hours' written notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
- All services are governed by the Spanish Civil Code and the applicable regulations of the Comunitat Valenciana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
- The Occupational Therapist is fully insured under professional liability coverage (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil Profesional) with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 per incident, as required by Spanish professional regulations.
- Client data will be processed in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).
- This quotation does not constitute a medical diagnosis. All therapeutic interventions will be performed under the supervision and in coordination with the client's referring physician.
