All services will be conducted in compliance with Swiss Federal Law on Health Professions (HPG) and the cantonal regulations governing therapeutic practice in the Canton of Zurich.

The Occupational Therapist engagement covers a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months, with the option to extend upon mutual agreement. Services will be delivered at the client's facility in Switzerland Zurich as well as at the Occupational Therapist's private practice located in the city centre, ensuring maximum flexibility for patient access and continuity of care.

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Switzerland Zurich.
2. Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Zurich Occupational Therapy Services AG, UBS AG, Switzerland Zurich. Late payments will incur interest at the Swiss statutory rate of 5% per annum.
3. Professional Standards: The Occupational Therapist shall maintain full professional registration with the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (BAG) and shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CHF 5,000,000 per claim, as required for practice in Switzerland Zurich.
4. Confidentiality: All patient data handled by the Occupational Therapist shall be processed in strict accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG) and applicable cantonal health data regulations in the Canton of Zurich.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated closures affecting healthcare operations in Switzerland Zurich.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Swiss Confederation, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of the Canton of Zurich.
8. Language: All clinical documentation, reports, and correspondence produced by the Occupational Therapist shall be available in German and English to accommodate the multilingual patient population in Switzerland Zurich.
