The scope of services includes but is not limited to: initial comprehensive functional assessments, development of individualized treatment plans, hands-on therapeutic interventions, adaptive equipment recommendations, caregiver training and education, progress documentation, and monthly multidisciplinary team meetings. All services will be delivered in accordance with the regulatory standards set forth by the DHA and the UAE Federal Law No. 20 of 2015 concerning the regulation of health professions.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Dubai healthcare sector.
• Payment Terms: Payment shall be made monthly in advance via bank transfer to the provider's designated UAE bank account. A 2% late payment surcharge will apply to invoices settled more than ten (10) business days past the due date.
• Contract Duration: The engagement of the Occupational Therapist is for an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable upon mutual written agreement of both parties. Either party may terminate the contract with sixty (60) days' written notice.
• Regulatory Compliance: The Occupational Therapist shall maintain valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) or DOH (Department of Health, Abu Dhabi) professional registration throughout the contract period. All services will comply with UAE Federal Law and Dubai Municipality health regulations.
• Confidentiality: All patient records, assessment data, and treatment plans generated during the engagement will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
• Substitution: In the event of the primary Occupational Therapist's unavailability, a qualified substitute of equivalent or higher credentials will be assigned. The client will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• Liability & Insurance: The provider maintains professional indemnity insurance of no less than AED 2,000,000 covering all Occupational Therapist services delivered within the United Arab Emirates Dubai jurisdiction.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts or, at the client's election, through arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, epidemics, or natural disasters affecting the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.
