All sessions will take place at our fully equipped clinic in District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, or at the client's residence within the city limits upon prior arrangement.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of 10% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Vietnamese General Department of Taxation. No additional hidden fees will be applied.
- The Occupational Therapist reserves the right to adjust the treatment plan based on the client's clinical progress. Any significant changes to the scope of services will be communicated in writing and require mutual agreement before implementation.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal monthly installments. Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account at Vietcombank, Branch District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Cancellation policy: Should the client need to cancel the engagement, a written notice of at least seven (7) business days is required. Cancellations within the first week of a billing cycle will incur a 20% administrative fee.
- All clinical records, assessment reports, and progress documentation generated by the Occupational Therapist remain the property of the client and will be provided in both Vietnamese and English upon request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed by both parties. The final service agreement will be executed in accordance with Vietnamese civil law.
- The Occupational Therapist is fully insured under a professional liability policy covering all services rendered within the jurisdiction of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Confidentiality: All client information is protected under the Vietnamese Law on Medical Practice and the facility's internal data protection protocol. No personal health information will be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
