- Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Oceanographer's duties, additional sampling locations beyond Brasília, or extended timelines will be subject to a supplementary quotation.
- Intellectual Property: All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client (Governo do Distrito Federal) upon full payment.
- Compliance: The Oceanographer and all support personnel shall comply with Brazilian federal and district environmental regulations, including CONAMA resolutions and ADCF operational permits.
- Insurance: The Oceanographer team shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of R$ 2,000,000.00 for the duration of the project in Brasília.
