This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Coastal & Marine Research Division to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Oceanographer to conduct marine environmental assessments, water quality monitoring, and coastal ecosystem analysis in the waters surrounding Canada Vancouver. 4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for Oceanographer services, vessel charter, and equipment in Canada Vancouver are subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.

4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four (4) equal installments: 25% upon contract execution, 25% upon completion of fieldwork phase one, 25% upon delivery of the interim Oceanographer report, and 25% upon final acceptance of the completed assessment in Canada Vancouver.

4.3 Scope Changes: Any modifications to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional Oceanographer hours or extended fieldwork in Canada Vancouver waters will be billed at the rates specified herein.

4.4 Weather and Sea Conditions: Given the variable marine conditions in Canada Vancouver, fieldwork may be delayed due to adverse weather. Delays exceeding five (5) business days due to force majeure will be documented and may extend the project timeline without additional cost to the client.

4.5 Confidentiality: All data collected by the Oceanographer team in Canada Vancouver waters shall be treated as confidential and proprietary to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Vancouver.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Coastal & Marine Research Division to proceed with the engagement of the Oceanographer team for the described services in Canada Vancouver.
