This Quotation Estimate is issued by Oceanographer Marine & Environmental Solutions S.A.S. to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the supply, installation, calibration, and professional support of oceanographic instrumentation and data-processing software required for the Pacific Coast Hydrographic Survey – Phase II. All goods and services described herein are to be delivered, installed, and commissioned at the client's facilities in Colombia Medellín, with field deployment to the Pacific coastal stations as specified in the project annex. This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and is binding only within the validity period stated above.

Payment shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to the account designated by Oceanographer Marine & Environmental Solutions S.A.S. The schedule is as follows:
- 40% (COP 640,696,000) upon signing of the purchase order and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% (COP 640,696,000) upon delivery and successful on-site installation in Colombia Medellín.
- 20% (COP 320,348,000) upon completion of the operator training program and final acceptance report.
All Oceanographer instruments and software licenses shall be delivered to the client's premises in Colombia Medellín within ten (10) weeks from the date of the signed purchase order. Field deployment support shall be scheduled in coordination with the client's survey calendar, no later than November 2025.
Oceanographer provides a standard two (2) year comprehensive warranty on all hardware items listed in this Quotation Estimate, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The software suite includes a three-year maintenance and update subscription. After the warranty period, Oceanographer offers extended service contracts at a discounted rate for clients in Colombia Medellín and throughout the Antioquia region.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the expiry date.
- All Oceanographer equipment is new, factory-sealed, and shipped with original manufacturer documentation and calibration certificates traceable to SI standards.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to port strikes, natural disasters, or government import restrictions affecting Colombia Medellín, may extend delivery timelines. Oceanographer shall notify the client in writing within 48 hours of any such event.
- Intellectual property of the Oceanographer software suite remains with Oceanographer Marine & Environmental Solutions S.A.S. The client receives a non-transferable, site-specific license for the duration of the subscription.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved under the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia, with jurisdiction in the courts of Colombia Medellín.
- This document does not constitute a contract until a formal purchase order is issued by the client and countersigned by Oceanographer.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, pricing, and conditions set forth herein for the supply of Oceanographer oceanographic systems and services in Colombia Medellín.
