This Quotation Estimate is issued by Marine & Oceanographic Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Supplier") in response to the formal request for proposal submitted by the Egyptian National Institute of Oceanographic Research for the procurement, installation, calibration, and operational deployment of a fully integrated Oceanographer research platform and associated marine surveying equipment. The Oceanographer system, as specified in this Quotation Estimate, is designed to support comprehensive oceanographic data collection, water quality monitoring, and marine biodiversity assessment across Egyptian maritime jurisdictions, including the Mediterranean coastline, the Red Sea corridor, and the Suez Canal waterway. All services and equipment outlined herein are to be delivered, installed, and commissioned within the administrative boundaries of Egypt Cairo and its associated port facilities, with field operations extending to designated coastal and maritime zones under Egyptian jurisdiction.
The Oceanographer platform referenced in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following major components and service packages. The Supplier confirms that all deliverables comply with Egyptian Ministry of Environment regulations, the Egyptian Standard Organization (ESO) specifications, and international oceanographic research standards as established by the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC) of UNESCO.

All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of all applicable duties unless otherwise stated. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue.
The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for the Oceanographer system and associated services in Egypt Cairo:
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon delivery and installation of the Oceanographer platform in Egypt Cairo; 20% upon successful commissioning and acceptance testing; 10% upon completion of the training program.
- Delivery Timeline: The complete Oceanographer system shall be delivered, installed, and fully operational at the Egypt Cairo facility within fourteen (14) months from the date of contract execution.
- Warranty: The Supplier provides a comprehensive two-year warranty on all Oceanographer hardware components, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Software and sensor calibration are covered under the annual maintenance contract.
- Compliance: All Oceanographer equipment and services shall conform to Egyptian maritime law, the Egyptian Environmental Law No. 4 of 1994 (as amended), and applicable international conventions including MARPOL and the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
- Intellectual Property: All data generated by the Oceanographer platform during operations in Egyptian waters shall remain the exclusive property of the Client (ENIOR). The Supplier retains no rights to research data collected in Egypt Cairo or its maritime zones.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or port closures affecting the Egypt Cairo logistics corridor.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, pricing, and scope of work described herein for the Oceanographer system to be deployed in Egypt Cairo. This document constitutes a binding offer upon countersignature by both parties.
