All equipment will be installed at three designated monitoring stations along the Rhône riverfront in Lyon's 2nd and 7th arrondissements, with a primary station at the Pont de la Guillotière confluence site. The system is designed to operate autonomously for a minimum of 72 hours between servicing intervals and to transmit data in real time to the Lyon-based laboratory server infrastructure.

Upon receipt of a signed purchase order, the Oceanographer equipment will be shipped from our Marseille warehouse to the Lyon site within 15 working days. Civil works and installation at the three France Lyon monitoring stations will be completed within 30 calendar days of equipment arrival. Full system commissioning, including a 72-hour continuous data validation period, will be concluded no later than 45 days from the purchase order date. The three-year maintenance contract commences on the date of final acceptance sign-off.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Prices are fixed for the duration of the validity period and are subject to revision thereafter.
• Payment terms: 40% upon order confirmation, 40% upon delivery and installation in Lyon, 20% upon final acceptance and commissioning. Annual maintenance fees are invoiced in advance each January.
• All Oceanographer instruments carry a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of commissioning, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by flooding events exceeding the 100-year return period (crue centennale) as defined by the DREAL for the Rhône basin in Lyon.
• Intellectual property of all collected data resides with the client institution in Lyon. Meridian Oceanographic Solutions retains no rights to the scientific data generated by the system.
• This quotation is governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme hydrological events on the Rhône and Saône rivers affecting the Lyon confluence area, shall suspend contractual obligations for the duration of the event plus a reasonable recovery period.
