This Quotation Estimate is issued by Oceanographer in response to the formal request for proposal submitted by the Direction des Ports et de la Navigation Intérieure for comprehensive hydrographic and oceanographic surveying services to be conducted within the France Paris metropolitan area. - This Quotation Estimate issued by Oceanographer is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on current market conditions in France Paris.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of all fieldwork in France Paris, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report. Payments shall be made by bank transfer to Oceanographer's account at BNP Paribas, France Paris.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with French labor law, environmental regulations, and the specific requirements of the Direction des Ports et de la Navigation Intérieure. Oceanographer shall maintain all necessary professional liability insurance (minimum coverage: 5,000,000 EUR) valid throughout the project duration in France Paris.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Oceanographer reserves the right to issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate for any additional services requested beyond the original scope.
- Intellectual property: All raw data, processed datasets, charts, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment. Oceanographer retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
- Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather on the Seine River, government-mandated work stoppages, or public health emergencies affecting France Paris.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of France Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. Oceanographer reserves the right to decline work if the client fails to meet the advance payment deadline.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate from Oceanographer and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of oceanographic and hydrographic services in France Paris.
