This Quotation Estimate is issued by DeepSea Instruments Pvt. Ltd. in response to the requirement for a comprehensive suite of Oceanographer instruments, sensors, and associated technical services for deployment and operational use in and around India Bangalore and its surrounding coastal and inland water research zones. The equipment listed below is specifically calibrated and configured to meet the operational standards required for oceanographic and hydrographic research conducted by institutions based in Bangalore, Karnataka. All Oceanographer-grade instruments are supplied with full calibration certificates traceable to NPL (National Physical Laboratory), New Delhi, and are compliant with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and IS 14001 environmental management requirements applicable in India.

All Oceanographer equipment shall be delivered to the designated facility in India Bangalore within 45 working days from the date of purchase order confirmation. Installation, commissioning, and staff training shall be completed within an additional 10 working days of physical delivery. The entire Oceanographer system shall be operational and ready for field deployment no later than 55 working days from PO date.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance against Purchase Order, 50% upon delivery and installation at the Bangalore site, and 10% upon successful commissioning and training completion.
- All Oceanographer instruments are covered by a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of commissioning in India Bangalore. Warranty claims shall be processed through our Bangalore service centre.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, port closures, or other events beyond reasonable control, as per Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Intellectual Property: All proprietary software and firmware associated with the Oceanographer equipment remain the property of the respective manufacturers. The client is granted a perpetual, non-transferable licence for use within the research institution in Bangalore.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order is issued and accepted in writing by both parties.
- All Oceanographer data collected using the supplied equipment shall remain the intellectual property of the client institution. DeepSea Instruments Pvt. Ltd. shall not access, store, or transmit any research data without explicit written consent.
