  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Israel Jerusalem.
  • Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork (Item 2.4), and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final technical report (Item 2.6).
  • All payments are to be made in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account of Levi Marine & Hydrological Consulting Ltd., Israel Jerusalem.
  • The Oceanographer and support team shall comply with all applicable Israeli environmental, occupational health and safety, and municipal regulations in force in Israel Jerusalem throughout the duration of the engagement.
  • Any change in scope, additional monitoring stations, or extended fieldwork beyond the durations specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a supplementary cost estimate approved by both parties.
  • Intellectual property: All raw data, models, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the property of the Municipal Water Authority of Israel Jerusalem upon full payment. The Oceanographer retains the right to publish anonymized findings in peer-reviewed journals with prior written consent.
  • Liability: Levi Marine & Hydrological Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the data or recommendations contained in the final report. The Oceanographer's professional liability is capped at the total value of this Quotation Estimate.
  • Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem, in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and costs set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Oceanographer in Israel Jerusalem. This document constitutes a binding commercial offer upon countersignature by both parties.
