4.3 All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of Israeli Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 18%, which shall be added to the final invoice in accordance with Israeli tax law.
4.4 The Oceanographer vessel and all associated equipment remain the property of Mediterranean Marine Services Ltd. at all times. The client assumes no ownership interest in the vessel or instrumentation.
4.5 Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed maritime restrictions in the Tel Aviv area, or geopolitical disruptions affecting the Eastern Mediterranean, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations without penalty.
4.6 This quotation is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv in accordance with the rules of the Tel Aviv Arbitration Center.
