This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request for a comprehensive Oceanographer engagement to be conducted within the jurisdiction of Italy Rome. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of marine and coastal research activities, including but not limited to: hydrographic surveying of the Tiber River mouth, water quality assessment along the Roman coastal stretch, benthic habitat mapping, and the deployment of autonomous underwater monitoring systems. The Oceanographer team will operate in strict compliance with Italian environmental regulations (D.Lgs. 152/2006) and EU Marine Strategy Framework Directive obligations applicable to the Tyrrhenian Sea sector adjacent to Rome.

  • Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
  • Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signature; 40% upon completion of Phase 2 (field deployment); 30% upon delivery of the final Oceanographer assessment report. All payments in EUR via bank transfer to the account of Adriatic Marine Research Consortium S.r.l., Rome, Italy.
  • Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
  • Insurance & Liability: The Oceanographer team and all equipment shall be covered by comprehensive marine and professional liability insurance in accordance with Italian statutory requirements. The contractor assumes full responsibility for environmental compliance during all field operations in the Rome coastal zone.
  • Intellectual Property: All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Oceanographer team retains the right to publish anonymized scientific findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to prior written approval from the client.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, maritime restrictions, or government-issued environmental moratoria affecting operations in the Rome coastal area.
  • Confidentiality: All proprietary data and sensitive environmental information collected during the Oceanographer engagement in Italy Rome shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
  • Revisions: Any changes to the scope of work, additional Oceanographer personnel, or extended deployment periods in the Rome sector will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to execution.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Oceanographer services to be performed in Italy Rome and authorizes the commencement of work upon fulfillment of the payment terms outlined herein.
